Auto Masters are looking for a **Customer Relationship Administrator **to oversee the aftercare of our clients and customers, ensuring that their journey with Auto Masters was a pleasant one, and encouraging customer retention.

**The Role**

Due to exciting expansion, Auto Masters have a newly created position for a Customer Relationship Administrator to join their friendly team. This role can be offered on a part time hybrid basis with some travel between stores from time to time.

As a key member of our team you will provide customer support post-sales, acting as the contact between Auto Masters and our customers.

The role will include, but is not limited to:

- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure peak satisfaction with our services
- Calling both existing and past customers, gathering feedback and upselling returns
- Working with the Auto Technicians to offer different services / book in for future servicing
- Handling calls from customers regarding queries, suggestions, and complaints
- Collating data from promotions
- Contacting customers for special promotions
- Basic bookkeeping including inputting accounts payable invoices thru DEXT/Xero
- Reconciling end of month accounts for payment
- General administrative duties as required

**About You**

You will have excellent customer service skills, a confident phone manner and the ability to show initiative when it comes to problem-solving.

What you will bring to the team:

- Previous experience in the automotive industry (desirable, not essential)
- Ability to remain highly organised, able to prioritise and multitask
- Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
- Able to work collaboratively with numerous teams over numerous stores
- Bookkeeping experience using DEXT / Xero essential
- Advanced computer skills with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Australian working rights and exceptional communication skills
