Lead Structural Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of complex structural projects
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff members
- Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in structural engineering and project management
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other industry-standard software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
