The Opportunity: Client Services Consultant

Join our customer team as a Client Services Consultant, a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to make a meaningful impact in a junior role. You'll be instrumental in helping our industrial customers thrive, a key growth area for Sidekicker. Our team is obsessed with customer success, ensuring clients get the most from our platform, which directly contributes to their retention and our growth. What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities Champion Client & Sidekick Success
  • Build strong client partnerships: Provide transparent, timely updates on recruitment progress and foster collaborative relationships.

  • On-site engagement: Conduct proactive check-ins, supportive site visits, and assist with return-to-work, ensuring a positive experience.

  • Expert support: Be the go-to person for all client inquiries, from invoicing and OH&S to rostering and platform guidance.

  • Improve Sidekick retention: Actively work to reduce turnover and maximize Sidekick utilization.

Drive Recruitment Excellence
  • Efficient talent acquisition: Proactively fulfill client requests for Sidekicks, ensuring a seamless hiring process.

  • Strategic sourcing: Plan and execute recruitment drives across diverse channels to build a robust, high-quality candidate pipeline.

  • Precise matching: Expertly screen and assess candidates, aligning their qualifications with client and site needs for optimal placements.

  • Engaging interviews: Conduct virtual interviews to evaluate candidate suitability and cultural fit.

  • Compliance & readiness: Oversee pre-employment checks, ensuring all Sidekicks are fully compliant and ready for their roles.

What You'll Bring: Qualifications & Skills
  • 2 years of dynamic recruitment experience: Preferred expertise in light industrial, healthcare, hospitality, mobility, or white-collar sectors.

  • Exceptional relationship builder: Proven ability to forge strong, positive connections with clients, sites, and candidates.

  • Outstanding organizational skills: Adept at managing diverse priorities and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-motivated & results-driven: Excels independently and as a collaborative team member.
