About Us

ASB&Co Pty Ltd delivers engineering and project management solutions within the food and beverage manufacturing industry. We're expanding our team and seeking a motivated Project Engineer to support ongoing and upcoming projects.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to specification. The position involves stakeholder engagement, project planning, contractor coordination, and technical support from design through to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver project scope, cost, and schedule plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure safety and quality.
  • Prepare layouts, P&IDs, and process drawings for plant design and installation.
  • Manage contractors and assist with procurement and contract negotiations.
  • Support project implementation, commissioning, and training.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering systems and standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in project engineering or management.
  • Experience in food and beverage or FMCG manufacturing preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
