About the role:
We are seeking someone who will be responsible for supporting the State Manager in Accounts Management of ActronAir's commercial clients. This includes providing field research analysis of new and existing business, whilst ensuring an increase in sales of commercial units and the development of the commercial / consultant base.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Field research analysis of new and existing business
- Marketing Information of competitor pricing in segments within the industry
- In conjunction with state sales manager review marketing strategy
- Provide assistance and support to commercial clients utilising full scope of technical systems provided
- Ensure that regular call cycles are maintained with a view to developing & securing commercial business
- Ensure that strategic plans are developed and implemented supporting commercial growth
- Continually seek and identify new commercial business opportunities
- Ensure that distribution channels are fully explored
- Reporting and General Administration
- Where required provide direction and support to customer care and project sales support teams
- Cross Functional Support / Training
What you will need to be successful in this role:
- 3 + years experience in a technical and sales focused role - HVAC or similar industry such as refrigeration, plumbing or electrical, etc
- Successful Sales Growth and Account Management
- Technical understanding of HVAC equipment and demonstrated industry knowledge are highly regarded
- HVAC Trade qualification is desirable
- A creative flair and an eye for detail with an ability to think innovatively
- Proven experience in dealing with commercial applications
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Demonstrated problem solving ability when under pressure
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential
