Description

The purpose of this position is to assist Bright & Duggan Group to provide an advanced level of support to our clients regarding Finance across all buildings.

About the role:

  • Manage accounts payable processes.
  • Verify bank account details for accuracy.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor and manage shared mailboxes.
  • Perform daily payment runs.
  • Sort, scan, and upload invoices into the system.
  • Enter invoice data accurately.
  • Conduct financial statement reviews.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong data entry accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software packages.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Professional presentation and a collaborative team approach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
