DB Foundations is looking for an experienced machine operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be an experienced Excavator Operator and will be responsible for operating excavation equipment to prepare sites for construction projects. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role that requires strong technical skills and a keen eye for detail.

What you'll be doing

  • Operating excavators and tractors to achieve precise site preparation
  • Site cuts, digging trenches, loading trucks, and performing other excavation tasks as per construction plans
  • Performing routine maintenance and safety checks on excavation equipment
  • Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations on the job site

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as an Excavator Operator, ideally within the construction industry
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to operate excavation equipment proficiently and safely
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to precise measurements and specifications outlined on construction plans.
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding work
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Relevant certificates and licenses, including a valid driver's license and /or HR licence and Construction Industry White Card
