The current Digital platforms have strong capabilities but for us to win in the context of 2030 vision, our digital assets will need to be reimagined and further evolved that is scalable, increases agility and accelerate solution delivery with improved security posture.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of key capability uplifts in workforce management, referral management, finance management and clinical scribing. Reduce technology business continuity risk by removing aged or ineffective technology systems. This role requires a balance of technical understanding and business delivery acumen to ensure successful outcomes across compliance, security, and operational efficiency. This is an initial 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the project.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand application architecture, security protocols, finance and operational delivery.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical implementation.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk registers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal data governance standards.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and steering committees.
  • Track and report on project progress, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Drive issue resolution and change management processes.
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in delivery/project management within delivering applications that include workforce management, referral management, finance management
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business language and vice versa.
  • Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
