We are seeking a Workplace Health and Safety Business
Partner to play a key role in building on our proactive, learning-focused
safety culture across Costa's Sunraysia operations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working
outdoors and with diverse groups of people. We are looking for someone who has
a passion for safety and is ready to make a difference. Working closely with
operational leaders, supervisors, and seasonal teams, you'll partner with
leaders across our business to help them identify risks, strengthen systems,
and make confident, safe decisions every day.

What you'll do

  • Be the regional point of contact for Workplace
    Health and Safety, working closely with the regional leadership team and
    supported by a network of experienced safety professionals
  • Partner with managers and team leaders to embed
    safety leadership and best-practice WHS standards
  • Support leaders with risk assessments, site
    inspections, investigations and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coach teams to take ownership of safety outcomes
    and identify smarter, safer ways of working
  • Maintain and improve electronic safety systems, site
    risk registers and safe work procedures
  • Coordinate early intervention, recovery and
    return-to-work programs after injuries
  • Support education of seasonal workers and PALM
    workers with onboarding, inductions and safety-related guidance to foster
    inclusion and wellbeing

What you'll bring

  • Minimum 3 years experience in safety-related
    role
  • Qualification in Certificate IV in WHS is
    desirable, or willingness to obtain
  • Practical experience with safety in a
    blue-collar environment, including supporting risk assessments, Return to Work
    coordination and document control
  • A genuine passion for people, learning and
    practical safety improvement
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability influence others and guide leadership
  • Familiarity with horticulture or agriculture
    work environment would be advantageous
