About the role

As a Dispensary Assistant at Ambassadors Pharmacy, you will play a crucial role in supporting our pharmacy team and delivering exceptional customer service. This full-time position is based in Manjimup and will provide you with valuable experience and training in the pharmacy industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist the pharmacist with the dispensing and preparation of medications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with prescriptions.
  • Support dose administration pack preparation, maintaining attention to detail and quality control standards.
  • Deliver professional customer service, including responding to queries, providing advice within scope, and processing sales efficiently.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as data entry, stock control, and accurate record-keeping.
  • Comply with pharmacy regulations and protocols, including privacy, safety, and QCPP standards.
