What you'll do
  • Own end-to-end service delivery for applications, balancing time, scope, risk, and quality to achieve key outcomes
  • Manage both internal and third-party delivered services, ensuring performance and driving improvements
  • Provide oversight and build strong partnerships with external providers
  • Own service delivery roadmap and quarterly planning
  • Track and report delivery status, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Lead asset governance and manage delivery-related risks
  • Support budgeting, performance metrics, and reporting to CTO & AI forums
  • Champion and model agile mindset in all interactions
What you'll bring
  • Relevant certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMBOK, Prince2, Agile) and ITIL (v3 or 4) (preferred)
  • University degree or professional qualifications (desirable)
  • 5 years' experience in IT operations, service management, and security
  • Strong knowledge of IT service frameworks (ITIL) and tools like ServiceNow
  • Proven experience managing service providers and IT outsourcing contracts
  • Skilled in incident and crisis management, including stakeholder communication and post-incident reviews
  • Effective collaboration with frontline leaders and management teams
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing, and relationship-building skills across all levels
