Epping Grand Care Community is due to open November 2025 Situated in Sydney's Northwest in a lively high-rise precinct within a thriving neighbourhood and public transport just a step away. The latest addition to the Opal family will feature beautiful modern facilities, state of the art technology and equipment and an in-house café and a hair salon


The Opportunity

We're looking for a compassionate and creative Wellbeing Manager (Formerly known as Lifestyle Coordinator) to lead the Meaningful Life program at our brand new care community, opening in November Epping Grand Care Community.

You'll play a vital role in enriching residents' quality of life by developing and coordinating tailored programs that support physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead engaging lifestyle, social and wellbeing programs for residents
  • Develop care plans and conduct key lifestyle assessments
  • Deliver Opal HealthCare initiatives like Helping Hands and Meaningful Mates
  • Work closely with clinical and allied health teams to support resident mobility & independence
  • Coach care team members in delivering meaningful engagement
  • Liaise with residents and families to create personalised experiences
  • Support residents' cultural, social, and spiritual needs
  • Apply and model Person-Centred Care principles

Note: Tertiary qualifications in health, aged care, community services or similar are desirable.
