We specialise in NDIS and Home Care Packages, empowering people to live independently, achieve their goals, and age with dignity.

Role Description

We're looking for an Occupational Therapist who values variety, flexibility, and meaningful connection. In this community-based role, you'll support clients in their homes and communities, with a focus on:

  • Assistive technology
  • Home modifications
  • Functional assessments
  • Capacity building

Service area:
Melbourne's North and/or West (travel reimbursed)

What you'll need

  • Current AHPRA registration
  • VIC Driver's Licence and reliable car
  • Experience with NDIS (preferred, but not essential – new graduates welcome)
  • Familiarity with My Aged Care (a bonus)
  • A genuine passion for making a difference
