**The opportunity**:
The Practice Principal leads the clinic and is responsible for growing a multidisciplinary, high functioning, collaborative team who deliver fun, engaging and meaningful therapy to children and their families. Backed by a highly supportive ESA leadership team, you will be responsible for all aspects of the business unit.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic alongside a small paediatric caseload;
- Provide evidence-based assessment and including administering assessments, providing direct and indirect intervention, liaising with families, teachers, professionals and support staff;
- Lead a collaborative multi-disciplinary team to deliver quality, evidence-based outcomes;
- Grow and develop the team through supervision and discipline specific meetings, assisting staff with time management and organisation, development of clinic resources, feeding back to management at state and national level the needs of the team;
- Engage in service development, programming, scheduling and contribute to the national professional development agenda and training program.
- Understand, establish and build a strong client base and network of referrers;
- Contribute to and implement organisational strategy and operating standards.

**What do you need to join?**
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy or Psychology and full, current registration;
- Experience as a Team Leader or Senior Therapist in developing, coaching and mentoring less-experienced Therapists;
- Financial acumen with the ability to analyse financial reports and implement solutions to achieve strong performance;
- Skills to drive practice performance to meet and exceed business requirements and KPIs, such as client satisfaction, staff satisfaction and activity hours;
- Exceptional communication skills that enable you to work in a culturally rich and diverse environment and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment;
- Effective time management and attention to detail;
- Compliance - Professional Registration, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, First Aid Training, Driver’s License & Vehicle.
