*About the role*

  • Provide person-centered support including personal care, meal preparation, and domestic assistance
  • Deliver complex care safely, including bowel care, catheter care, and manual handling
  • Administer and prompt medication in line with care plans
  • Support community access and outings, driving the client's van when required
  • Build positive, respectful relationships that support our client's independence and wellbeing

*About you*

  • Qualified with a Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Aged Care
  • Experienced in complex care, including bowel care, catheter support, and safe manual handling (minimum 2 years)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, you enjoy building genuine client relationships
  • Support worker who is reliable, compassionate, and comfortable working casual shifts as part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to manage changing care needs with patience and professionalism
