- Experience in a communications or related role, ideally in a large or complex organisation.
- A strong understanding of strategic communication and experience developing written and visual content.
- Excellent communication skills – written, visual and verbal – with a clear, confident style.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Creative flair and a drive to deliver engaging, purpose-led content.
- Proactivity and resilience – you're adaptable, solutions-focused and comfortable with change.
- A curious mindset and an eye for innovation – you love finding new ways to tell stories and connect with people.
- Confidence turning strategy into action – supporting the planning and delivery of communication campaigns that are timely, relevant and impactful.
- Strong digital capability, from intranet publishing and social media content to exploring new formats and tools to reach employees effectively.
What you'll get
- Diverse leave options: bonus leave of 5 days annually, cultural, volunteer, and 18-weeks parental leave.
