As Assistant Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in launching Changan, an exciting new global automotive brand now entering the UK market. Supporting the Brand Manager, you'll help to lead, motivate and develop our high-performing team, ensuring we deliver exceptional results and an unforgettable customer experience.

Your Day-to-day Will Include

  • Supporting the Brand Manager in the day-to-day running of the Sales department.
  • Leading, motivating, and developing the Sales team to deliver excellence in performance and behaviour.
  • Driving sales and profitability across new and used cars, finance, and insurance products.
  • Ensuring an exceptional customer and colleague journey that reflects JCT600's values.
  • Championing the Changan brand, introducing customers to its innovation, technology, and quality.

  • A full UK driving licence with no excessive penalties.
