Due to an increased demand within our business, SYPAQ is seeking an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Engineerto work on a Land project with our Defence client.

The ILS Engineer is responsible for planning and delivering the logistics support framework that ensures complex systems are operationally available, maintainable, and cost-effective throughout their lifecycle. You'll work closely with engineering, sustainment, and stakeholder teams to embed supportability into system design from the outset.
Under the direction of a designated Team leader, our team performs the following functions as individual assignments or as part of a team:
- Develop and maintain ILS documentation, including Supportability Analysis, Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), and Maintenance Plans.
- Conduct Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) analysis and Life Cycle Costing (LCC).
- Define and manage provisioning, spares, and technical data requirements.
- Support codification, configuration management, and obsolescence planning.
- Collaborate with Systems Engineers and OEMs to integrate supportability into system design.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure compliance with sustainment frameworks and standards.
- Contribute to ILS workshops, reviews, and assurance activities.
To be successful in this role, you will
- Qualifications in Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in ILS or sustainment projects within the Defence, Aerospace, or Government sectors.
- Familiarity with logistics standards.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and manage competing priorities.
Hold an existing Negative Vetting One (NV1) Security Clearance.
