Three Blue Ducks is a group of restaurants committed to creating memorable dining experiences that celebrate ethical food practices and community. Our Melbourne venue is set in the iconic URBNSURF precinct near the airport, and we're currently looking for a Supervisor to join our front-of-house team.

About the Role

As Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the management team and ensuring smooth daily operations. You'll help lead the FOH team through service, maintain high standards, and deliver an exceptional guest experience every time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver warm, professional service and handle guest feedback confidently
  • Support daily FOH operations to ensure efficient and consistent service
  • Lead and motivate the team through training and hands-on leadership
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain seamless service flow
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and reporting
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and safety
  • Uphold and promote Three Blue Ducks' values around sustainability, quality, and community

About You

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or senior waitstaff role within a busy restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service
  • Confident, approachable, and calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Passionate about sustainability and ethical hospitality practices
  • RSA certified
