Velocity Truck Centres is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at Daimler Trucks Huntingwood or Daimler Trucks Milperra.

This is an exciting time to join our sales division, as we've recently welcomed new leadership and implemented a strategic plan designed to support your growth, enhance customer relationships, and drive market-leading results.

In this role, you'll represent industry-leading brands Mercedes-Benz and Freightliner and Fuso, collaborating closely with new and existing customers to deliver tailored transport solutions. Your success will be amplified by our commitment to professional development, strategic customer engagement, and strengthened internal partnerships, ensuring exceptional outcomes for both you and our customers.

About the Role

  • Present, promote, and sell tailored truck solutions to meet customer needs
  • Prospect new clients through networking, cold calling, and market research
  • Provide timely support to customer enquiries and resolve concerns promptly
  • Coordinate vehicle delivery and ensure a smooth customer handover process

About You

  • Proven experience in heavy/light truck or equipment sales with strong business to business sales ability
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving new business growth
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively within a dealership structure
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between dealership sites as required
