About Us

Our footprint spans across culturally rich and naturally beautiful regions, where the people are welcoming and the landscapes are unlike anywhere else in Australia.

Living and working in the Big Rivers region offers a truly unique lifestyle—whether it's exploring the nearby Katherine Gorge, enjoying world-class fishing, or immersing yourself in local Aboriginal culture.

The Role

  • Promote health literacy and school readiness through education and early intervention
  • Build partnerships across agencies to strengthen program integration and outcomes

What You'll Bring

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, Midwife, or Child Health Nurse
  • Demonstrated experience in child health, midwifery, or community health services
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with Aboriginal families in remote settings
  • Understanding (or willingness to learn) of Aboriginal primary health care and social determinants of health
  • A strengths-based approach to working with families and communities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Current unrestricted manual driver's licence
  • National Police Clearance and NT OCHRE Card (or willingness to obtain)
  • Australian working rights

  • 10 days paid study leave for professional development
  • Salary packaging to increase your take-home pay
