We're seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Designer – Creative Lead to take ownership of our Kids & Nursery category while also delivering innovative designs across four Adult seasonal ranges (Soft Home, Tabletop, Wall Art, and more). This is a hands-on design role combined with leadership responsibilities – perfect for a creative with broad design expertise, strong trend awareness, and a proven ability to deliver commercially successful collections.

How you will spend your day

  • Lead Kids & Nursery design by owning seasonal trend direction, colour palettes and category design outcomes, ensuring collections are innovative, on-brand, and commercially aligned
  • Deliver Adult ranges, design across multiple homeware categories, from soft furnishings to tabletop to decorative wall art
  • Create and present trend boards, present seasonal inspiration and design direction
  • Work hands-on with design, develop floral artworks, hand-painted designs and original prints
  • Manage timelines & critical path to ensure projects are delivered on time, balancing creativity with business needs
    Mentor and guide a team of designers, ensuring design excellence across the team

About You

  • Exceptional hand-painting and illustration skills, creating original artwork
  • Excellent colour knowledge with the ability to create balanced, trend-forward colour palettes
  • Strong time management and organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects, to meet critical timelines
  • A true collaborator and team player thriving in a cross-functional, creative environment
  • Passion for design, committed to producing high-quality, innovative work
  • Senior-level experience designing across categories from Kids prints to Homewares
