Senior Salesforce Solutions Analyst

What's the job about?

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Salesforce Solutions Analyst to take full ownership of our Salesforce environment. This hybrid role blends strategic business analysis, technical architecture, and hands-on administration—ensuring Salesforce is optimised, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

You'll be at the heart of driving innovation: collaborating with stakeholders, translating business challenges into smart, scalable solutions, and designing workflows and integrations that empower our teams to work smarter.

Some of the key activities of this role include:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including user management, fields/screens, workflows, security reviews, and platform maintenance.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance and availability.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse processes, and design scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Build and optimise workflows (e.g., approvals, pricing updates, custom objects) to support evolving business needs.
• Maintain and enhance Apex code, Lightning components, and automation.
• Manage integrations with third-party platforms and internal tools using APIs/middleware.
• Ensure best practices in documentation and change management are followed.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce initiatives.

What we're looking for:

• Hands-on Salesforce experience across administration, analysis, or architecture.
• Strong grasp of Salesforce architecture, data model, Flow Builder, and integrations.
• Apex skills are a plus — curiosity and eagerness to learn are even better.
• Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management.
• Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, BA, Architect) are highly desirable but not mandatory.
• Security matters: We're ISO27001 certified, so you'll need to complete regular training and adhere to our policies to keep sensitive info safe.
