Duties & responsibilities:

• Understand current Business Processes and responsible for collaborating with business endusers for documenting requirements, feasibility studies, and requirement analysis as part of Business Requirement documents.
• Wellversed in using Project Management methodologies covering Challenges, Pain points, Objectives, in Scope Out of Scope, Assumptions, Deliverables, Resource plans, Project Schedule, and Cost.
• Usage of Agile methodology tools JIRA and Confluence to create EPIC, User Stories, and tasks. Ensure constant communication and collaboration with agile Squad members.
• Experience in Salesforce configurations, administration, Flow Designs, Debugging along with hands on experience in Reports and Dashboards. Managing Users, profiles, roles, OWD, sharing rules and Data Management.
• Indepth understanding of Integration concepts between CRM and other systems. Responsible for
• communicating Weekly and Monthly project status report with business and technology teams

Key tasks to be perform:
• Participating in discovery workshop and understanding the core business needs and pain areas of the existing CRM product.
• Capturing and analyse requirements, perform feasibility study and define Proof of Concept. Created EPIC, User Stories and task for the Agile team to work. Preparation and review of Solution
• Design document capturing the data and process flows of current and new process and walkthrough with the business team.
• Ensure constant communication and collaboration with agile Squad members. Work with project members to facilitate improvements to processes and systems aligned to overall business. Participate in daily stand-up Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Review and Retrospective with the Agile Squad.
• Following Project Management techniques in terms of highlighting Risk, Issues and ependencies of the project which may impact the cost and project rollout timelines.

Key Skills & Experience requirements:

• 5 years of experience in Salesforce. Salesforce Certification
• Customer Experience (CX) domain knowledge (Salesforce and Oracle CRM OD)
• Business Analysis / Product Owner, Business & Solution Consultant / Project Management / Product Management
• Strong skills in Salesforce configurations, administration, flow design, debugging, and creating reports/dashboards.
• Salesforce Standard Clouds: - Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service and Experience Cloud.
• Experience collaborating with business users to document requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and create business requirement documents.
• Proficiency in using Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence) to create EPICs, user stories, and manage projects, including risk and issue management.
• Effective communication of project status and updates to business and technology teams, ensuring alignment throughout the project.
