Program Delivery Manager

The Network are actively recruiting for a passionate Government Program Delivery Manager who has proven experience delivering large scale 100m+ digital transformation programs this position will be working within a Data driven Federal Government Department working on a large digital transformation program.
Initial contract 12 months x2 6 month extensions (Flexible working arrangements)
Must hold active AGSVA security clearance minimum Baseline (ACT, NSW, QLD, VIC)
Who we are looking for:
- Strong track record in large scale ($100m+) digital program execution and delivery into service across either the private or public sector, or both.
- Proven ability as a Program Delivery Manager to plan and phase the delivery of a complex program of work with multiple stakeholders using agile techniques.
- Proven ability to manage multiple teams delivering multiple concurrent projects, making changes to existing systems and building new capabilities
- Strong interpersonal skills with extensive experience with unifying the views of senior executives, external industry stakeholders and departmental staff people on development of products that will deliver the program's vision and goals.
- Extensive experience overseeing program risks, issues, dependencies and benefits management at the whole of program level.
