Overview

Join our team as a Room Attendant at our Surfers Paradise resort on the Gold Coast, Australia. You will help maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and comfort in guest accommodation, while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide and maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and comfort in guest rooms and suites.
  • Perform key daily housekeeping tasks and support the Housekeeping Department.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service to guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
  • Able to work within a flexible, rotating roster which includes weekends, evenings and public holidays
  • Motivated, detail-oriented, and able to maintain high cleaning standards
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
