The Role of a Room Attendant is to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, corridors and service areas. Key responsibilities include changing bed linen, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, restocking amenities and ensuring the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensuring all rooms are cleaned to a high standard and meet brand standards
- Attending to guest requests in a timely manner
- Cleaning and restocking rooms as required
- Transferring dirty linen and removing rubbish and recycling
As a successful Room Attendant, you will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and be able to work well in a team environment. You will also be available to work varied shifts including weekends and Public Holidays.
Qualifications:- Previous cleaning experience in a hotel or hospitality environment
- A keen eye for detail and good time management skills
- Flexibility in your availability to work on a rotating roster, including weekends & school holidays (and overnight when required)
