Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the dry cleaning facility.
  • Manage and maintain dry cleaning machines and equipment, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
  • Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring quality control.
  • Implement and maintain safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in dry cleaning operations.
  • Strong knowledge of dry cleaning machinery and processes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
