As a Casual Cleaning Technician, you'll complete residential and end-of-lease cleans from Noosa to Caloundra. You'll work independently or in small teams, supported by organised systems, clear job information, and leadership that actually listens. Every day is a little different, but your goal stays the same: deliver spotless results that clients remember for the right reasons.

Experience is welcome but not essential, as full training is provided. Whether you're new to the industry or have years of experience, we'll help you build confidence and consistency with clear systems, standards, and support. Equipment can be supplied or you can use your own, as long as it meets our professional guidelines for safe and consistent results.

We offer school-hour friendly flexibility, reliable hours, and opportunities to grow into specialist or leadership roles. Contractors earn $35–$40 per hour (ABN), and casuals $30–$33 per hour plus super.

Our team is easy-going but professional, and we take pride in every job. Company shirts are provided after probation, and neat, practical clothing is expected on site. If you're reliable, have an eye for detail, and enjoy seeing the results of your work, you'll fit right in at Ocean Breeze Cleaning Co.
