Key Responsibilities

  • Support and manage activities across feasibility, acquisitions, planning, delivery and settlement
  • Coordinate development applications, consultant inputs, and approval processes
  • Track budgets, cash flows and project milestones, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Contribute to sales and marketing campaigns, purchaser communications and settlements
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors and authorities to maintain project momentum
  • Assist with construction-phase activities, including site reviews and issue resolution

About You

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a development role (Assistant DM or similar)
  • Exposure to both early-stage feasibility/planning and delivery phases
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction, Planning or a related field
  • Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented
  • Strong communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively
