HHG Legal Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Estate Litigation Lawyer to join our growing team.

This is a rare opportunity to work with one of Western Australia's most respected full-service firms, in a role that offers genuine autonomy, challenging and diverse estate disputes, and support from a high-performing legal team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Advising and representing clients in a range of estate litigation matters, including family provision claims, will disputes, contested probate, executor disputes, trust disputes and breach of fiduciary duty matters
  • Managing your own matters from start to finish, with strong support from senior litigators and support staff
  • Collaborating across practice areas including Wills & Estates and Commercial Litigation
  • Appearing in the Supreme Court, District Court, and State Administrative Tribunal as required
  • Building and maintaining client relationships with empathy, clarity and strategic thinking

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 2–5+ years PAE in estate litigation or related disputes
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality client service
  • A confident advocate with a strong understanding of WA succession laws
  • A team player who contributes to firm culture and continuous improvement
