As a Goodstart Educator, you'll become a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. About Goodstart Roma:

Our intimate centre, accommodating 74 children daily, fosters a family-friendly work environment characterised by warmth and inclusivity. We place a strong emphasis on the well-being and mental health of our staff and the families we serve. Our team is wonderfully diverse, comprising of Educators from the Philippines, Nepal, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, and Australia, including First Nations staff members.

You'll need:

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Current Queensland Working with Children Check
