Part-Time | Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays | Neurodiverse Playhouse

We're looking for a warm, creative, and passionate Educator to join our team at Neurodiverse Playhouse, where play, connection, and inclusion are at the heart of everything we do.

This role is perfect for an educator who loves supporting children's growth through play-based, early intervention programs and is confident working 1:1 and in small groups.

About the Role

As part of our multidisciplinary team, you'll:

  • Support children through individual and small group sessions under the Early Intervention Framework
  • Work closely with our allied health team to help children build confidence, emotional regulation, and developmental skills
  • Promote and assist with our Kindy Uplift initiatives
  • Encourage inclusive practices that celebrate every child's unique strengths
  • Build meaningful relationships with families to support each child's learning journey

About You

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood or Primary)
  • Experience working in inclusive or neurodiverse settings
  • A passion for supporting children's social, emotional, and developmental needs
  • A nurturing, flexible, and play-based approach to learning
  • Availability on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays

Experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, or developmental differences will be highly valued.
