Senior Project Manager - Electrical & Automation Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a background in electrical engineering and automation/control systems?

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver major electrical and automation projects
  • Apply your electrical engineering and control systems expertise to interpret requirements, troubleshoot challenges and manage technical solutions
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success measures
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, procurement activities and reporting
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Oversee quality, safety, compliance and technical accuracy across all phases of project delivery
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, innovation and continuous improvement

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering (or a related discipline)
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a technical or engineering environment
  • Strong background in automation, control systems, PLC/SCADA and electrical design concepts
  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capability
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies; PMP certification highly regarded
