At Alpha Jiu-Jitsu, we're more than a club – we're an exciting and fast-growing school with plans to expand from 500 members to 1000 by 2029.

The Role:

Due to an exciting period of growth, Alpha Jiu Jitsu is actively seeking expressions of interest from Membership Sales Consultants, to be considered for our Rouse Hill Location.

As a Membership Consultant, you will play a key role in driving membership growth and engagement at Alpha Jiu Jitsu. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with potential members.
  • Onboarding new clients.
  • Providing information on membership options and benefits.
  • Assisting members in setting and achieving their goals.
  • Promoting a positive and welcoming environment for all members.
  • Keeping up with the cleanliness of the work space.
  • Marketing and advertising for the company.
  • Events management and sales.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Outgoing, friendly, and dedicated to helping others succeed in their journey.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for health, fitness and martial arts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in sales and customer service.
