Westpoint Star Mercedes-Benz is currently looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our service team as a Service Advisor, based in Osborne Park.  

Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will be responsible for booking, greeting, and managing daily customer relations for the dealership's service department.

This includes the following:

  • Answering customer enquiries regarding their vehicles service
  • Seeking approval for additional service work found during vehicle inspections
  • Ensuring all customer requirements & commitments are met in a timely manner
  • Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders for long term business success
  • Delivery quality customer service focusing on win, win outcomes for our guests

The Service Advisor role is strongly customer-service focussed, as well as having elements of sales, and automotive knowledge. Therefore, a background in these fields would be highly advantageous but not essential.

You will ideally possess:

  • Experience within a Service Advisor role is preferable
  • General understating of a vehicle's components & functionality
  • Keenness to learn and grow with the Mercedes-Benz Brand
  • Desire to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Operate with a high level of Integrity
  • Solid interpersonal skills
  • Have an appetite for on-line learning and product training with Mercedes-Benz
