Mecca Bah Gasworks is seeking a part-time Kitchen Hand to join our team. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our busy kitchen operations and ensuring the smooth running of our food service.

**What you'll be doing**
- Assist the kitchen team in food preparation, including washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
- Stock and restock kitchen supplies as needed
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef as required

**What we're looking for**
- Some experience in a kitchen or food service environment, preferably in a similar role
- Applicant MUST be well groomed and MUST be punctual (on time)
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and under pressure
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team, fluent in English language is a preference but not must
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role
