Job Description

Due to continued growth with our largest client, we are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Kotara team.

In this role, you will support clients throughout their rehabilitation journey, helping them return to work and engage in activities of daily living. You'll work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team, gaining valuable insights and support from fellow allied health professionals.

About the Role

  • Supporting clients recovering from workplace or motor vehicle injuries to return to work and activities of daily living
  • Conduct a range of services - workplace assessments, functional capacity evaluations, and return-to-work planning
  • Collaborate with employers, insurers, and medical professionals to build effective relationships and support client outcomes
  • Contribute to service innovation and quality improvement

What You Bring

  • Tertiary qualifications ideally as an Occupational Therapist however, we will consider other disciplines such as Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist or Osteopath plus relevant professional accreditation (APHRA, ESSA)
  • Previous occupational rehabilitation experience is desired, although not required – we strive for our team to be driven and show integrity in their role
  • Current driver's license & access to a vehicle
