Are you an Occupational Therapist passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families? Educational Case Management is seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our vibrant team in either a Full Time or Part Time capacity (days negotiable) at our Hamilton and Rutherford Clinics.
You'll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team of Allied Health Professionals, including Psychologists, Behavioural Therapists, Social Workers, Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Exercise Physiologists. This role reports directly to our Occupational Therapy Clinic Manager and joins a well-established team of Occupational Therapists and Allied Health Assistants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive functional assessments to evaluate developmental, sensory, and psychosocial needs
- Develop and implement individualised therapy plans in collaboration with clients, families, and team members
- Deliver evidence-based interventions in areas such as fine motor skills, self-care, social participation, and emotional regulation
- Document progress and outcomes, and modify treatment plans as needed
- Educate and empower families, caregivers, and educators to support therapy outcomes in daily life
- Participate in regular case reviews, multidisciplinary meetings, and ongoing team collaboration
- Maintain accurate clinical notes aligned with professional standards
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practice
What We're Looking For:
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Willingness to work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment
- Strong knowledge of NDIS, disability, and paediatric care
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- A commitment to person-centred, holistic care
Essentials (or Willingness to Obtain)
- Employee Working With Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- National Police Clearance
- Current driver licence and access to a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
- First Aid & Mental Health First Aid Certification
- Recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
- Ability to work within our clinic hours 8am-5pm

The salary range for this position is $80,000-$100,000 per year plus superannuation, based on experience and qualifications. This will be pro rata for a successful Part Time applicant.
