Are you wanting a warm, welcoming, and flexible work environment that values individual skills, experience and opportunity for learning and growth? Sublime Care is looking for an additional Occupational Therapist to join our team of 18 in the Hunter area and are keen to meet you

In the past three months our Allied Health Team of Speechies, Physios and OTs has grown rapidly from 9 to 18 with another 4 due to join us by the end of October. We provide person-centred and holistic support services tailored to assist participants in living safely and comfortably at home by building capacity and giving them choice and control.

What we offer

  • Above award salary starting from $95k + super based on experience
  • In house Supervision provided by our Snr OT ( with 10 years' experience)
  • 67% KPI Case load
  • Full time preferred, part time considered with working hours Monday to Friday ( no after hours or weekends)
  • Travel to clients within the local area only- Community-based client appointments
  • All appointments within a 25-minute driving range of our home base

What we are looking for

  • Graduate Degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA with at least 1 year experience
  • Experience in CHSP or NDIS
  • Experience with outcome measures: ADL assessments, Functional Capacity Assessments, Who-DAS, Low Vision Assessment
  • Experience in delivering services to geriatric and adult patients
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Aged Care experience preferred but not a necessity
  • Drivers licence and access to vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • COVID-19 vaccinations (2 doses minimum).
