Yo-Chi is expanding their team and now seeking a passionate and experienced Area Leader to shape our next chapter. Lead with impact across vibrant venues and play a critical role in driving operational excellence, developing talent, and building strong, values led teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and develop Venue Leaders and their teams, creating a strong culture of performance, accountability, and care.
  • Be on the floor and in detail – visible, involved, and fully across venue operations.
  • Train, coach, and give meaningful feedback in the moment – you set the tone
  • Champion Yo-Chi's high standards across every aspect of venue performance
  • Drive results across all venues from people management and service to labour, engagement and financial targets.
  • Manage performance proactively and positively – we believe in follow-up, consistency, and leading with care.
  • Collaborate with marketing to build community connections and grow local impact.

Your Journey with Us:

Before officially stepping into your Area Leader role, you'll complete a tailored immersion phase as a Venue Leader. This time on the ground builds your credibility, confidence, and understanding of our systems, people, and culture – setting you up for long-term success

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years' experience in a multi-site leadership role in QSR or hospitality.
  • A people first leader with the ability to coach, uplift and inspire large teams.
  • Strong operational know how – you're confident with labour, cost control, opening checklists, and understanding the rhythm of a successful venue.
  • A leader who knows how to set expectations and celebrate success.
  • Hands on, proactive, and highly engaged – you lead from within.
