**The Opportunity**

Are you an experienced Diploma qualified Educational Leader looking to join a phenomenal team of exceptional, qualified Early Childhood professionals and be supported and encouraged to excel and further develop your Early Childhood career?

Do you want to be valued and appreciated for your hard work?

As an Educational Leader, you will guide and support educators in delivering high-quality programs by overseeing curriculum planning and implementation. You will mentor and train current team members, support onboarding of new educators, and work in ratio while having dedicated time off the floor to reflect on and enhance educational practices. This role collaborates closely with Practice Partners to drive continuous improvement and excellence in early learning.

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities.

We proudly cater to up to 75 children with operating hours from 6.30am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday. It's where the fun never stops

**About You**
- **You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services**:

- An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance
- First Aid certificate
