Our broad range of primary health services, care management and in home and community support services can be tailored to an individual's needs and with major hubs in Box Hill and Eltham, these services can be delivered locally, in the Eastern and North Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

The opportunity:
We are looking for an energetic nursing or allied health professional with a strong background in operations, strategic leadership and change management to join our supportive multidisciplinary team as a Allied Health Initiatives Lead in a part time fixed term capacity.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Lead Clinical and Operational Teams: Provide strategic direction and operational oversight to direct reports, ensuring effective coordination, staff management, and scheduling of operational meetings to optimize team performance and service delivery.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a key advisor in allied health project implementation, driving innovative solutions and best practices that enhance project outcomes.
- Strategic Model Development: Contribute to the formulation of operational models and writing of funding submissions and resource allocation, leveraging an understanding of diverse funding mechanisms to support portfolio initiatives and align with strategic goals.
- Service Development Support: Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for new service offerings, guiding the strategic planning and execution to meet evolving client needs and market demands.

- Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines.
- Operational and Strategic Leadership: Proven track record in operational management with a focus on strategic delivery, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness across teams.
- High-Level Communication Skills: Exceptional communication abilities, fostering collaboration and providing mentorship to team members while working independently to drive initiatives forward.
- Proven Leadership Experience: Established history in a leadership role, demonstrating the ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving strategic goals.
- Comprehensive Knowledge of Allied Health: In-depth understanding of allied health principles and practices, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
