Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring efficient service to customers/clients by collecting full scrap metal bins, and/or delivering empty bins, in a timely fashion

  • Communicating with management to identify any industry movement and activity, or any on-site concerns regarding OHS, environmental or collection issues arising

  • Work in accordance with a daily plan for routine collections

  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with our site safety, environmental and quality procedures

  • Yard work as required

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have: 

  • MC license with previous experience in a similar role
  • Forklift ticket (preferred)
  • Basic Rigging (preferred)
  • Excellent customer service ethic
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work autonomously or in a team environment
  • Flexibility to respond to transport and operations
