What you'll do:

  • Lead by example on the floor, inspiring the team to deliver exceptional service
  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and food with precision and care
  • Maintain an organised, clean, and inviting café environment
  • Support day-to-day operations, including rostering, stock management, and opening/closing procedures
  • Create memorable guest experiences, ensuring every visit feels special

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in hospitality
  • Proven leadership and team supervision skills
  • Passion for coffee, food, and exceptional service
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a love for problem-solving
  • Flexibility to work full-time including weekends and public holidays
