**Barista/Supervisor - Pantry Glen Iris**

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Barista/Supervisor to join our team at Pantry Glen Iris If you love great coffee, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have leadership experience, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the front-of-house team to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening/closing procedures
- Maintain high coffee standards and efficiency during peak service times
- Train and mentor junior staff
- Assist with stock management and ordering

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista in a high-volume café
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
