Our client is seeking a
**Clinical Care Manager**, who demonstrates initiative and leadership to oversee and lead a team of enrolled nurses, registered nurses, carers, and support staff as their senior clinician.

Demonstrating your knowledge and expertise, you will manage the day to day clinical performance of the
**modern 60-bed Aged Care facility** as their senior clinician, ensuring all residents are cared for attentively.

**The Role**
- Responsible for managing the clinical duties of a 60-bed Aged Care home in **Glen Iris**:

- Provide leadership support to the clinical and support staff
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection of staff
- Directly report to and work alongside the Facility Manager

**Requirements/Skills**
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Minimum 4 years experience working in a Clinical leadership role
- Registered Nursing qualification
