About the Role

Are you passionate about shaping the future of a leading energy company? Santos is seeking a dynamic Senior Performance & Development Adviser to lead the design, development, and implementation of our Performance Framework and people development strategy. In this role, you'll create and execute specialist performance and development strategies, programs, and initiatives that build the capability needed to achieve our strategic objectives.

You will collaborate across teams (People Experience, Reward, P&C Business Partners) to integrate key frameworks necessary to supporting a high-performance culture. You will also draw insights from culture surveys and talent assessments (psychometrics) to shape and prioritize initiatives, ensuring a commercial focus that aligns with our business goals. Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Leading the design, development, and the implementation of the Santos Performance Framework, including execution of the annual performance cycle.
  • Leading and executing the design, development, and implementation of the Development Framework that supports employee performance and careers, ensuring alignment with capability frameworks and career pathways.
  • Ownership and maintenance of goals, performance and development modules in SuccessFactors enhancing user and employee experience.
  • Own Santos Career Framework and support effective career development.
  • Guiding the People & Culture team and business leaders to embed and implement Santos' people management programs, such as performance management, career pathways, capability frameworks, on-boarding, and others.
  • Collaborating effectively with P&C People/Shared Services to support program of work and enable effective delivery.
  • Using a facilitation and coaching approach to increase capability and effectiveness across Santos.
