  • Collaborate with agency partners to develop marketing communication tools and messaging.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of brand activities and campaigns to demonstrate ROI.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of three direct reports, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.

  • Proven ability to build and manage agency relationships, including writing strategic briefs and managing budgets.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience working cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with outstanding time management and organisational skills.
  • 5+ years' experience in a Senior/Brand Manager role within FMCG or consumer goods, ideally across both consumer and B2B brands.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or similar.
