We're hiring a Lead Engineer (fully hands on) to help shape one of the most widely used SaaS platforms in the region. This is real technical leadership, not a figurehead role. You'll be responsible for architecture and delivery, lead conversations that define the way we build, and guide talented engineers through complex, meaningful work.

You'll be part of a deeply capable product and engineering team, working across C#/.NET, React, SQL Server, and AWS but you'll also have the freedom to explore new tools, modernise systems, and influence the long-term direction of the platform.

You've done scale before. Thousands to millions of users doesn't scare you. You're the calm voice when systems break and the one who helps make sure they don't. 

You'll lead engineering standards across teams, audit codebases for security and testability, and help shape the technical roadmap with product and design peers.
